This is the committee stage where they go in depth in the bill. The committee stage can do three thing they can amend, accept, or reject the bill
I think we should amend a few things their is some things that go against the law.
I think we should accept this bill we see nothing wrong with it.
This the report stage where they go over the new changed bill and can amend the bill. The committee only amend the bill after if they amend the bill they vote for the if they still want to keep the bill.

This is the third reading where the House Of Common do their final debate and vote on the bill before they pass it to the Upper House.
