- The cost is $495, and insurances require a paid receipt in FULL. It will take about 2 WEEKS for the Orthotics to come in. Once they arrive, we will need the packing slip and proof of manufacturing which the insurance requires. Then sign a claim form when the Orthotics have arrived. We will submit all required forms to the insurance VIA MAIL. Within 2 WEEKS, you will get reimbursed.

- We are going to do the casting
- Okay now we have the casting done, we will send out the Orthotics to be made. The deposit for today will be $250 and when we receive the Orthotics you would pay the remaining $245. You can pay by Debit or Credit
- We will be sending out the Orthotics and when they come in we will give you a call and let you know. When you pick up the Orthotics we will get you to sign the Claim form, Pick-Up form and get all the paperwork ready to be sent out to your insurance company. We Mail in the claims because they do not allow direct billing. It takes up to 2 weeks for you to get reimbursed (processing time varies on the insurance companies, this is just an estimate).
- Wait for Payment from Insurance Company, they will pay either by Cheque or Direct Deposit depending on how your coverage is set up. REST ASSURED we will make sure you get reimbursed for the Orthotics. Do not hesitate to ask questions if not sure about anything.
