A spokesperson needs t be elected to speak to a trade union organiser on our behalf
As employees, I think its best to have a trade Union represent us to help us resolve this ongoing issue that we have.

I am part of a trade union and I also studied law. I would not mind being the spokesperson for every employee
Employees at Phonetech Call Centre are unhappy with managemnet as they have not being receiving their full wages and have not been able to use their company benefits. Even after multiple complains, managemnet makes promises to sort out the issues but never fulfils the promises.

John is a memeber of National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union(NEHAWU). He has been a memebr for 5 years.John meets with Mr Willson to dicuss the grievances the emloyees at Phonetech have.

That is exactly ehat we need , someone who will represent us well and be able to advice and assist us
The following day, John returns to the office to inform the employees of the news. All employees are pleased. The employers also addressed the matter with the employees to reassure them that they will be paid in full.
