- "We need to keep Europe out of the Americas."

- "Now we are safe from the Europeans."
- In 1823 President Monroe was tired of Europe colonizing the land around the Americas and was sick of their rights being invaded.
- "What are we going to do now."
- "I Don't know.Let's tell the others."
- When he told the Europeans they weren't allowed in the Americas they were confused. The compromise is that the Americas would stay out of Europeans business.
- Monroe was happy that the Americas were safe from Europe. Now Europe can't colonize any land around the Americas.
- "Ok you can come in"
- "YAY"
- The Europeans were confused but, this prevented the US getting caught in any Europe wars or conflicts.
- Europe eventually realized that they weren't allowed to have any contact with the western hemisphere. This meant it was bad to Europe but was good for the US because they were getting influenced by Latin America.
- But the Monroe doctrine was ultimately unsuccessful and the Europeans still acme to the US. Also the US was still caught in Europe affairs.
