- Yeah there was a small problem. My son dropped the laptop and it isnt working anymore. Does the warranty cover this so I can exchange it for another one?
- I'm afraid that isn't possible because drop damage is not covered under the warranty. However, since you did purchase the AppleCare+ something can be done.

- The damage to the computer isn't bad so it works.
- Unlike the actual warranty, AppleCare+ covers up to two accidents so you would still have to pay for the repairs however they would be significantly less than without the insurance

- In the end the customer was covered by the extra insurance so even though they didn't get a full refund or exchange, they still could repair the product at a decreased price. It was barely a day since they bought the product so they didn't have to worry about the time frame.
