Many centuries ago, twin brothers, Romulus and Remus, were born. The King didn't want them around though, as it had been prophesied that they would grow up to overthrow him.
Romulus and Remus were sent off in a basket in a river by the King, hoping they would never come back.
When the twins washed up, they were cared for by a wolf for around a year.
Later, they were taken in by a shepherd and raised to adulthood.
Some time later, Romulus and Remus had decided they wanted to build a city to honor the spot where they wolf found them. They had began to argue and fight...
Until Romulus ultimately killed Remus. Romulus then proceeded to name Rome after himself and become its first ruler.
