Many families watched the new that night to find out what was going to happen to them as a country, their business and jobs, their safety.
Breath in, breath out.
Covid-19 had so much impact on the world and the news about cases, deaths, the economy, lockdowns, medication, state of countries was all over the news and social media.
Over the past few months I have learnt that...
Different people had thoughts about covid-19 and it effected people differently. We were supposed to social distance, learn online by using zoom to attend class and efundi to submit assignment and tests. Others lost their businesses and jobs.
After some time, I learnt to control my breath my meditating, using journaling as an outlet and stretching. Taking a deep breath helps with the anxiety that comes from thinking and stressing about the pandemic.
I talk about what I have learnt from Covid-19 and how I view breathing now and before. How the experience has influenced my life as well.
