- Brenda: Well my Mom was saying that I need to have total wellness when I was leaving for school and I was totally confused on what she meant.
- Tracy Explains further
- Tracy: Oh! Well Total Wellness is when you see if you have good health for your body.
- Brenda Finally understands
- Brenda: So what your saying is that she told me to have good physical health? That's kind of weird.
- Tracy: Yes but also no when they mean Total Wellness they mean all of your wellbeing like Social Health, Mental Health, Emotional Health and also spiritual health because there more to be healthy about than just the outside.
- Brenda: Oh! I know what you mean I hope my mom does not say anymore confusing stuff Tracy: Well if she does you can just come to me!
