- The King just passed a new act. Adding taxes to tea.
- Does anyone have any ideas on how to rebel?
- Protest?
- We should enter the tea ships!!
- So here's the plan...
- The Sons of Liberty had a meeting concerning The Tea Act. It was December of 1773.
- If we had a representativewe wouldn't have to do this.
- They then went on to talking about what they should do.They went with entering the tea ships.
- WE ARE NOT GOING TO TOLERATE THIS UNFAIRNESS
- YOU DON'T DESERVE ANY RIGHTS
- They planned out what they were going to do.They were going to dress up as Natives to blend in with the other people.
- Now that we did this they might listen to us.
- They, after long talks went to enter the ships and throw the tea off of them.
- They threw the bags of tea off the supply ships. The King wasn't happy with the rebellious act.
- THE KING IS NOT HAPPY WITH YOU COLONISTS
- They didn't want to make it seem like what they did was vandalism, so they didn't harm anyone or break anything. They also supposedly sweeped the ships and even replaced a broken padlock.
