- Ōkuninushi's Tale Part 2: In the realm of the dead Ōkuninushi fell in love with and married the storm god's daughter.
- Ahh
- Enraged by this the Storm god forced Ōkuninushi to go into the snake room followed by the centipede and wasp rooms too but Ōkuninushi's wife had 3 scarfs each with a wave calms the creatures and stop them from attacking.
- As a last attempt to stop Ōkuninushi the storm god fires an arrow into the distance and tells Ōkuninushi "You have to get the arrow in order to marry My daughter." The arrow lands in the marshes but as soon as Ōkuninushi gets their it sets on fire.
- A mouse tells him the floor is hollow and Ōkuninushi jumps in and the mouse brings the arrow surprisingly when the storm god comes he is impressed and invites Ōkuninushi over and they proceeded to go to sleep.
- But when Ōkuninushi awoke he knew he could not stay so he and his wife fled and put a boulder on the door and tied the hair of the deity they also stole the diety's bow, sword and lute.
- They escaped but the lute hit a wall and made such a loud noise it woke the storm god but the house fell and the storm god told Ōkuninushi to take care of his daughter and Ōkuninushi did so now Ōkuninushi was now a deity.
