- Hey, Daisy! I don't know if you remember me, but we dated a few years back. I am Gatsby.
- Gatsby! I haven't heard that name in forever until Nick and Jordan mentioned you the other day.
- I have waited a long time to reconect with you and when Nick mentioned he knew you I had to take my oppurtunity.
- I remember how alive I felt when you and I were dating. I always regretted not keeping in touch but I have been busy.
- Let's go in the living room and talk for minute so we can catch up.
- Where have you been Daisy? What have you been doing?
- Well, I married a business man named Tom Buchanan and we have a child together.
- That must be very exciting! After I got out of the war I decided to settle down here. I haven't made many more huge life deicisons since.
- It is exciting...I guess. It is just that I don't get out and have fun much and Tom is always gone hanging around with who knows who.
- You know what Daisy how about you come over to my house, look around, and join me for my party tonight.
- I would love to go to a party, but shouldn't we ask Nick if he wants to go!
- Is everything fine in here?
