- Nobody would buy new close on Easter because it was owned by white people. They had no new clothes for about three Easters.
- We should join him. Let's go
- The Father of Bernita talked with his kids and told them he doesn't want any of them participating in the marches.
- You have 5 minutes to leave or I will arrest everyone here.
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. made the call for the people to join him, and all the people said that they would go to Jail with him.
- Be strong. Have Faith!

- After Dr. King's word, one of Bernita's friends told her that we should participate and volunteer and she agreed.
- Okay
- Bernita woke up, had a prayer with her family and then went to the march. Then the police came and stopped them about a block from the church. Bernita was arrested.
- Dr. King hugged and shook hands with everyone that got arrested as he also got arrested. He gave them hope. Everyone felt that they are important and they can make a difference.
