- In my experience of the Inspector of Work (Mechanical) are to take charge of the supervision and the implementation of all Mechanical works at site. Monitoring contract construction drawing, approved shop drawings, approved materials, project specification and to highlight any non-conformance work immediately including proposed remedy action Prepare site report once a month within one week before the site meeting or as the need arise. Reporting Mechanical work progress to the Mechanical Resident Engineer and the Firm on monthly basis and issue instruction via Memo or NCR to Contractor as the need to arise.
