The Indus Valley civilizations traded heavily with Mesopotamia
The Indus river is located in modern day Pakistan and India
The lines are the roads which were wide so elephants and carts could get through.
The Indus people ordered their houses in grids. There were rich and poor secitions as well. Every house had a courtyard. The rich houses had big houses and large courtyards too.

The people also used the inside of their homes as shops because they slept on the roof as it was much cooler in the night

It has been found that the Indus people usally dined on seafood and chicken
The Indus people also kept pets like monkeys, birds, lizards, and even snakes!
Unlike Mesopotamia and Egypt, the ancient Indus people didn´t build any massive things.
There are no evidence of big battles against other cities or invaders either
The most likely ways that the Indus civilizations fell were of floodings making the river change positisions and making the ground worst for agreculture, and or trade problems with Mesopotamia.
With large walls and a growing population, it was hard for the cities to expand. This lead the people to build over houses and religious sites.
