Journey to Getting an Unrestricted Drivers Licence in BC

- Before my 16th birthday I will start studying the ICBC Learn to Drive Smart Manual and write several practice tests. (especially the road sign practice tests).
- I am finally 16 and able to take the knowledge test to get my L. I will go to my local ICBC office and take the test. While I am there, I will also take vision screening test. Remember to bring your ID.
- WELCOME TO ICBC
- I did it, I passed and got my L.!! I will now be able to drive with the supervision of my parents. or responsible adult. My parents have also set up lessons with a driving instructor. I will practice for one year and then be able to take the Class 7 road test in order to receive my N.
- Its been year of intense practicing and I am back at my local ICBC office to take my Road Test. I am a bit nervous and hope I pass.

- The road test went awesome and I got my N. I can now drive without any supervision, but there are some restrictions....These include: Displaying the N sign, no drugs or alcohol, limit of one passenger, no electronic devices and limit of one passenger
- I love the freedom of driving and being able to get to where I need to go! But I think my parents like it even more....
