- My topic is mental health in workspace. Mental health in workspace is a problem because a lot of superiority ends up disrespecting their employees and degrading them. This can really impact someone's mental health and their view of themselves. I think there are two part solutions for this. First, the superiorities need to be tested better on how they act in a workspace before getting the job. Second, I think therapy sessions should be provided and paid for through the insurance that the company gives you.
- a problem is childrens lack of education, safety and healtcare and safety. This can really affect childrens future and how they are raised. One solution can be to make healthcare and education free everywhere. Safety needs to be put out more since there is lifelines and and other options to reach out to. They need to be more on social media in school etc. When children in the foster system go to different houses the care providers need to make sure the homes are safe in a better way because there is still so many safety issues.
- The problem here is homelessness. Homelessness is a big problem in today's society. I think the only solution is to prevent it from the root. It seems the cause is poverty etc. The solution here would be to make houses more affordable and better services for the poor. I think we need more services for people who have issues with money like classes on how to save up money. Another is drug addict a lot of drug addicts start at a young age so i think catching drug dealers and just getting rid of any form in general should be a good idea that way people dont spend their money on that.
