  • add ingridients to a blender- 1 cup, of frozen berries - 1 cup, of frozen mango- 1/2 cup, of greek yoghurt- 1/4 cup strawberries - 1tablespoon of chia seeds - 1tablespoon of rolled oats - 1tablespoon of coconut
  • make sure to be careful around hot and sharp objects and ask a trusted adult for guidence. these objects may include of knifes, blades, stove, oven.
  • blending process
  • blend for 30 seconds then stir (repeat)
  • after cleaning your hands and surfaces prepare your food . wash and chop fruit into small pieces. get out other ingredients and follow measurements.
