Wait Sir I remember now, kinetic energy is a form of energy that an object or particle has by reason of its motion. Basically anything that moves are examples of that form.
The energies that we are defining today include: kinetic, heat, light, sound, electrical, elastic potential, gravitational potential chemical potential energy
My parents had also told me that heat energy is the result of movement of tiny particles called atoms, molecules or ions in solids, liquids gases.
Okay then, light energy is a kind of kinetic energy with the ability to make types of light visible to human eyes.Some examples include: bulbs, lasers hot objects
Sound energy is the physical vibration waves that travel through the air to reach the ears signalling to the brain to interpret incoming sounds.
