- Fun, Friends, and work, this is middle school in a nutshell. Here are a few tips on how to survive this whirlwind of a year. Middle School is fun but you need to make sure to stay on task. make sure to stay focused, you may be tempted to goof off and giggle with your friends but work should be number one. I sometimes looked at my friends and giggled during class and I ended up not understanding some things.
- You are going to make tons of friends this year! but be careful! Some people don't have the right intentions, if it doesn't seem legit then that friendship probably isn't! I have had a few “friends” do this to me, so watch out and make sure they have the right intentions!
- Also You will have a lot of work, get to it! You aren't going to have free periods or really long breaks, you are going to get one bit of work after the other. Make sure you are turning everything in and doing everything immediately. I went into 7th grade thinking it was going to be like elementary and be nice and I'd have long breaks but nope! After about 2 weeks I was really stressed because I had tons of work! So please, pay attention, be careful, and do your work!
