- Let's go a little deeper into the Catacombs Fortunato.
- *coughs*
- NONSENSE! I will not die of a cough! Let us go deeper!
- Fortunato, your cough isn't well... let us go back and we will come back another time.
- You may not be dying of a cough, but you will die soon! Such irony!
- Montresor takes Fortunato into the Catacombs where Montresor plans to get his revenge.
- *laughs* Very good! Your too funny my chap! We shall do this again won't we Montresor?
- Yes Fortunato... we shall do it again.
- Montresor makes sure Fortunato keeps drinking as much as possible until he gets intoxicated in order for his plan to work.
- Finally, revenge is mine!
- Two Hours later...
- Fortunato? Fortunato!?
- He pretends to try and convince Fortunato to turn back, which makes Fortunato want to go deeper into the Catacombs.
- The End
- Once they reach the spot, Fortunato's changed behavior showed his senses were dulled. This made it even easier for Montresor to get his revenge. He then chains up Fortunato and places the brick wall up and seals it up so no one finds him.
- Once the room was sealed shut, Montresor calls to Fortunato, but there was no answer... Montresor has finally got his revenge and has gotten away with it.
