  • In self-compassion, it is how you relate yourself with kindness rather than how you judge yourself negatively. It is being good to yourself but still recognizing and resolving the negatives.For instance above, she wants to do yoga, not because of not having an ideal body, thus she wants to be healthy and have a strong body.
