All of my friends are great! They all have amazing qualities!
Module 1: Total Wellness
Under the branch of Total Wellness, there are three main wellnesses. Social, Emotional, and Physical. 
Currently, I am under a lot of stress. But, instead of procrastinating, I am going to do everything I need to do to not be stressed anymore. 
Here's an example of having healthy Mental/Emotional Wellness
Just like there are healthy ways to cope with stress and other Mental/Emotional problems, there are alson unhealthy ways.
I'm so stressed out! Instead, of trying to fix it, I'm going to stress-eat, which will in turn, make me even more stressed out!

This is a perfect resistance exercise!
Module 2: Pysical Wellness and Setting Goals
What a race! That was a great cardiovascular excersise!
I'm going to create a SMART goal so next time we race, I can beat him! I will run a mile every day for a month when we race again!
