- The Opening Checklist is designed to make sure the department is ready for business
- Visual Standards should be reviewed every day, including pricing, POGS and product fact tags
- Inventory must be reconciled daily. Also, the MTS can request additional inventory if there is a customer need.
- Price match is available only if a customer asks for it! We should never offer it. We do not match internet sites, mail in rebates, or specialized events.
- Loss Prevention is a critical part of Mobile Sales. The manager is required to verify the customer name and matching credit card.
- The manager is also required to verify that the order has been approved by the carrier before getting the product out of lock up
- Refer to the "All Carrier Return Policy" for details on completing a return
- The Closing Checklist is designed to make sure the mobile department is ready for the next day's business.
