- young 16 year old Rebecca dumps roan the day before school dance she feels he is possessive.
- rebbecca and Rachel leave school the following day laughing and joking roan has been watching her all day hes angry and follows them home.
- roan follows rebbecca and Rachel he hides behind a building with a plan to make her pay for leaving him.!!!!!
- roan throws a match at rebbecca setting the right side of rebbeccas hair on fire she is screaming.
- an ambulance arrives Rebecca is rushed to hospital Rachel is with her and roan has run away from the scene Rebecca is badly hurt.
- rebecca is rushed in to be worked on her head neck chest and face on the right side of her body are severly burnt her family wait anxiously
- when rebbecca wakes her hair is burnt away she has a severe burn on her neck and shoulder plus other less severe burns a her family and doctor explain what happened and how close she came to death.
- roan is arrested and charged with attempted murder after several days. crimes involving burning victims with acid and fire are becoming more and more common.
