  • That's no fun! I want to make our lessons more fun. What could we do as a class?
  • STEP 1: Teacher meets w/ student
  • The lessons are boring and too hard to understand!
  • I agree. I called home several times but it won't hurt to try again.
  • Junior, Glad to see that you're improving on Ms. Kone's differentiated program.
  • STEP 2: Meeting with counselor and fellow teachers
  • He has been having the same problems in my class as well
  • We need to make a plan with all the teachers and family included to help him!
  • These are surely difficult moments in a kid's life. Maybe with your help, we can come up with strategies that will help us guide him better at school?
  • STEP 3: Meeting w/ parents - support findings
  • Ms. Kone and the other teachers have been working on plans to help your child improve!
  • Ugh. Skipping again? I guess that's what teenagers do--act irresponsible in school.
  • Thanks for hosting this workshop. So informative!
  • We could not have done it without your suggestions. I think the plan we have worked on together for school and home will help tremendously
  • STEP 4: Hosting a Parent Workshop
  • If everyone works together he is bound to succeed!
  • STEP 5: Progress
  • Your attendance and classwork have improved drastically, Junior and you are meeting the goals you set for yourself.
  • Turning lessons into competition is fun.
  • Thank you for helping me become a better teacher. Now that you finished with the game competition, I can't wait to see what you will do next year!
  • Hello, Ms. Kone. Thank you for continuing to meet and help me improve.
  • STEP 6: Reinforcing a Positive Relationship
