- This is Ronald Romero, he uses his powers of having a blaster weapon for a hand, which fires beams of plasma, fire, ice, and lasers to beat his enemy, outside of being a hero, he is the same as other people.
- Ronald Romero, I am Heleoro, given new life as a Phoenix, there's evil out there, and I choose you to defeat it
- All I wanted was to find my way home, I don't deserve these powers
- Ronald Romero used to be an ordinary kid and went to English class for his 5th period, and still had 2 normal arms.
- But one day he got lost in the forest and he found a weird red fiery bird, which turned to be a Phoenix, he was scared but the Phoenix then calmed him down.
- But the Phoenix, Heleoro gave the powers to Ronald either way to take down someone wrong he gave the powers to...
- This is the one known as Cultulus, he once was the noble hero that Heleoro chose, but he betrayed humanity and now seeks to destroy it, luckily Heleoro was able to still lock him away in the Underworld, but he knows he can still come back.
- One day they will meet, Cultulus draws his powers from the fear of his enemies and then takes away all hope, but Romero draws his powers from the never ending fire from the Phoenix Heleoro, and he will never lose hope, because it's never ending.
