Move of Bantu people from West Africa through the central, eastern, and southern parts of the continent. They spread new ideas such as Bantu language, iron-working, better farming methods, and more efficient tools and weapons. This revolutionized Africa as a whole.
Decolonization of Africa
The slave trade occurred between Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Thousands of slaves were transported by ship through the Middle Passage. Conditions were horrible for the slaves and many died from this.
Apartheid
European countries desperate for raw materials divided Africa amongst themselves at the Berlin Conference. African countries were colonized with little to no say in the matter at all and became bound to their "Mother" countries.
