- Hello i am Chi vu, and today im gonna tell you a little bit about my historical feature
- Hello everyone i am tiffany, a sophomore year student from Oakleigh grammar, and today i am going to teach you about Chi Vu historical feature and how she get here in Australia.
- The answer is everyone should know about it. so it enable us to develop better understanding of the world in which we live.
- First you might be wondering...why am i teacher how she get to Australia ? and why did i have to make an article about this.
- During 1970s near the end of the Vietnam war, people in South Vietnam began to flee due to the rise of communism in Vietnam. thats why Chi vu moved from Vietnam to Australia
- Chi Vu travel by boat across the sea from Vietnam all the way to Australia, it took 3 months to get here.
- Chi Vu is an migrant who had been a member of the primary ethic, cultural and linguistic group in her old country.
- somehow chi vu manage to stand near a sign ( NO STANDING ANYTIME ) he was confuse and his dad too, her sister said ( yeh we shouldnt we standing here ) everyone was terrified but chi vu decided to make a joke out of it
- Chi Vu and her family arrived in the middle of the winter, after a few days we ventured out of the hostel to explore this new world.
- but why did Chi vu make a little light humor in the beginning of the story ?
- she said ( the bus stop right there and we were permitted to stand )
- Because they realize that everyone doesn't care about the sign in the street, they ignored these sign as if it never exist at all, and in the stood there shamelessly, blatantly, next to or in front of the NO STANDING ANYTIME sign.
- well, they cross the sea all the way here and she was quite ironically. maybe thats the reason why she's making a joke or maybe it just too soon to get sad or too young to be sad
- What does food symbolise in this story? well the symbolise of the food in this story it's like " our innards unclenched and smiled for the first time in this new country "
- it's like they feel blessed that they are still alive all together and still get the time to start over with their family
- what do you guys think about it?
- Question 5 guys, The intention behind this Catholic school is not everyone that truly cares about you. so all kids must be aware of everyone even the person you trust, you always learn how to be alone and always take good care of yourself.
- even the teacher in this story doesn't even care about her
- right now i am as a teacher i am really concern about this and hope all of you take my advice.
- I also think living abroad is not easy, it might be fun at the first time but from time to time things will start to change, you can only trust your family just like in the book and base in what had happen to MS Chi Vu at the Catholic school.
- beside all of us should be grateful that we were born in a advanced technology or advanced country
- Question 6 guys, The ideas are explored in the final paragraph is like a task that actually untangle which are due to having to fled from Vietnam as a refugee. This is like life lesson or story that shown to all of us how hard it is to live in their generation
- In this book she were once said ...The impact of letter comes down to this: That when things get difficult as they do once in a while, I remember that my family and i could have all easily died at sea, no problem no trace, unable to be found, as was the fate of up to half a million of our contempouries.
- Anything from that time onwards is to be considered " bonus points " in writing above, it seems that some small part of them ( and they assume of each member of their family as well ) did die on their journey over. for consciousness of the truth of our deaths is itself a form of death, even though their bodies are safe and sound.
- The intention of this, The school didn't pay much attention to him as his english is not up to par, due to this reason the kid was not taken care of and left out by the teacher which is unreasonable thing to do as a human being.
- All kids around the world no matter what you are, we all deserve respect, care, attention from family and everyone around us
- no racism and stereotyping in each and every society.
- After seeing his injuries the teacher didn't try to offer any support to the girl as all she did was blaming and shouting at her which left the girl all worried and scared of being kicked out of Australia as they entered this country illegally from Vietnam.
- Chi vu suffered from anxiety attack for a moment as she was frightened by her teacher's shouting and ruches back home to her dad
- But luckily she has a dad who are very understanding, he told her that she did nothing wrong and there's nothing to worry about
- So guys, what themes and messages does this story explore? The themes and messages in this book has quite a lot. The first one is when he has to go through everything escaping from one country to another by boat and still manage to make it their way to their destination.
- Chi vu is quite lucky at this point, but she's very funny. Even if he has to go through all of the consequences he still manage to make the story a little funny just to clear up her day, and story.
- She even hit her head and he still manage to keep all the pain, scars on her head, even the blood stain. The message is this story is that i think we all should be grateful that we all don't have to go through what they are going through every consequences in their generation. We were blessed we all lucky that we were born in this generation.
- In this mean time we all should love and take care of our family while you still can, take care of one and another when they still alive.
- All of us should know that, when things get difficult only family will always stay by our sides even in hell or other nation..

- I think we have all different ideas, mindset, different opinion, but this story leaves me thinking about how unfair and hard life are,
- They were in a very difficult situation while everyone of us living comfortable, privilege life. This also makes me want to be successful in my future business and live a comfortable life with family without have to struggle about anything.
