- JULIA: Hi Good Morning! My name in Christianne Julia Acupan , May I interview you?
- JHACKIE: Good Morning! yes sure!
- JULIA: So First of all, can you introduce yourself? And what is your job right now?
- JHACKIE: My name is Jackie Somera, im 33 years old and i live at lot 10 progresso 1st Guadalupe viejo Makati city. And i am working at QBE Insurance in the position of Policy Support Officer
- JULIA: Alright, i will ask you some questions. Since you are working what training method did you used when you were just starting work?
- JHACKIE: The Training method that i used is E- Learning. For us to be able to understand the insurance backgound, we had trainers who came from Australia to discuss about insurance. Then we have a documentation that we call DTP wherein you can read how to process a certain transaction.
- JULIA: And have you developed?
- JHACKIE: yes!
- JULIA: Is it effective to you? How?
- JHACKIE:since the DTP is a step by step process, it helped us to make sure that we don't miss a single step or process in our transactions
