- The falling action in this book all the friends all become friends again with each other, and forgive Mr. Puffball for being selfish. Since Brock is scared of volcanos they plan to make a fake explosion. This takes a lot of planning out, the camera cats film their every move, so they need to get rid of them first. The monkeys help on this plan too cause they know all about Brock, since he reclaimed their island!
- There are two symbols in this story. One is Brock's necklace, witch represents his evilness, in the book. His necklace represents evil because whenever he has it on he is mean, otherwise he is just normal. The other thing is the actual island, Castaway island. It stand for hard working and kindness. This is where the kindness in the book happens, forgiving, and working together.
- In the end they all become friends again. They scare Brock away with all of his annoying crew. The monkeys get their home back and are happy they do not have Brock running around in their faces. Then all the other cats and monkeys have a great big party, Brock is gone. When they are done they sail home on Bruiser's boat!
