- Many years ago, many strangers came to town.One day two swindlers also known as the weavers came to sew some magnificant fabrics.
- The emperor paid the two swindlers a large sum of money to start work at once.They set up two looms and pretended to weave.
- "I'd like to know how those weavers are getting on with the cloth,"The emperor thought, but he felt uncomfortable when he remembered that those who were unfit for their position would not be able to see the fabric
- he sent his minister to see how the swindlers were doing with the fabric.He sent him because he didn't want to be unfit for his position as emperor
- will you go and check on the swindlers and see how my fabric is doing.

- The minister was so confused of were the fabric was.He thought to himself that he might have not been worthy of being the minister. So he pretended to see it .
- It looks magnificent

- Nobody would confess that he couldn't see anything,for that would prove him either unfit for his position,or a fool.
