  • SETTING
  • THEME:Nature
  • SPEAKER
  • I assume that the settings for this peom is nature, as the poem mostly talks about this in most of the lines in the one stanza refer to nature. they talk about the greenery and about growing, ect.
  • SYMBOL
  • The theme of this poem was nature, a reason of this desicion is this qoute Natures first green is gold. this makes makes me speculate that, it is refering to that green is very precouis as after that line it says Her harderst hue to hold, Her refering to the personification of nature, usally refering nature to her.
  • IMAGERY
  • This poem is by robert frost, it is a poem made in 1923, its name is nothing gold can stay, likely refering that dead nature cant stay as it will wither away.
  • PURPOSE
  • The symbol of this poem is nature, life and death. talking about that keeping plant life green is hard work and when dying it turns gold wich it will then die. But overall the poem is about nature.
  • The imagery in this is very close to the setting. the imagery would likely be a lush greenery showing plants living and dying. or maybye a barren feild with a small amount of life. At the end of the poem it refers that eden sank to grief, eden refering to paradise as everything is dying
  • this poem is to tell that nature has life and it is hard to preserve that life. it helps us understand how that nature can also feel and are like us humans.
