- 1 ) Dear,the first fundamental right isRight To Equality .This right ensures that all the citizens are treated equallyNo discrimination should be made on the grounds of gender, religion , caste or place of birth of the citizens.

- 1 ) The Second Fundamental Right is Right To Freedom .This right guarantees that all indian citizens get freedom of speech and expression,freedom to travel and live in any part of the country.etc.but, he/she can not do so by violating right of other person

- The third Fundamental right is Right Against Exploitation.The Indian Constitution protects citizens from exploitation by others through his right .The right states that, no child below 14 years of age can be employed as paid employee and forcing people to work without payment or very less payment is prohibited.

- Son , the fourth fundamental right is Right To Freedom of Religion.People of different castes, cultures, languages and religions reside in India. This right ensures that all citizens are free to follow any religion of their choice.The other two rights are Cultural and Educational Rights and right to Constitutional Remedies
