- Year 1917, many people have died plus many suffering including the peasants and Bloody Sunday. There has been a lot issue with the military and many people wantin the war to end. The Russia have lost a lot of power and are losing the war at the moment, there has been a lot of corruption. Including Rasputin power.
- The March revolution, during the March revolution Russia lost a lot of land due to war and fighting agreements also they started a treaty of Brest-litovsk and that also cause the Russians to lose more land, take a big hit
- The actions taken by the Bolsheviks cause the New Economic policy “NEP” it was to try and keep the economy in check and for it to not almost crash again and to rebuild it. The NEP was the most successful thing that happen to Russia in the war.
- What Lenin did to try something new and lift Russia was start a new treaty conceding land towards the central powers.
- Russia then started a civil war that lasted through 1917-1921 and many groups had formed that opposed Lenin’s Bolsheviks. The war was between the red and white army’s and the red army won which declared establishing the Soviet Union.
- Lenin’s death, he died pretty young but the reason why he died was from his past assassination attempts from the bullet and keep having strokes then finally died. But before he died he said to not let Joseph stallian take power of Russia becuase he is too powerful and will ruin all of ruissa.
