- I've turned into Phyllite a metamorphic rock. This is because of the added pressure and heat put into my older form (slate).
- During the rock cycle, the phyllite gets more heat and pressure added onto it. This soon will transform them into a rock called schist.
- As I keep on progressing as a rock. I've started to become a schist (a metamorphic rock).
- This continues as the rock (schist) progresses into the metamorphic rock Gneiss. As it has been metamorphosed further into creating gneiss.
- I've become my desired state of metamorphic rocks! Gneiss!
- Oh look at the lava flowing from the volcano!
- After hitting the lavaI melted. Soon enough I was cooling down and was able to transform into granite (an igneous rock).
- The is a repitive cycle the rocks go through. From being an igneous rock and then from added heat and pressure you become metamorphic. After becoming metamorphic weathering and erosion can change it into a sedimentary rock. Soon the sedimentary rocks will be hit by magma and after the process of cooling down the rock becomes an igneous again.
