- The Bitterings landed on mars. Mr. Bittering is worried and doesn't want to stay in mars. But Mrs. Bittering said, Chin up, Harry, it's too late, We've come over sixty million miles. He feels out of place from the first day. He asked his wife to go back before more changes happen

- In this scene, Harry and Cora start realizing that the are getting darker and and their hair and eye color changed. Harry finds it difficult to accept the changes, while Cora sseems not to bothre about it at all.

- In this scene, the family are now martians after five years of living in Mars. They dont remember there true identities. They became Martians and they are going on their business. The rescue crew can not realize that they were once Earth people.
