- I am going to start by describing the importance of honesty when it comes to our relationships with others. It is the foundation for mutual trust and respect. I will introduce the topic of discussion and discuss my reasoning for my personal viewpoint on the subject.
- This slide is showing the opposing side of the argument. This will detail how many people find that lying is acceptable under certain circumstances and will insist that it is harmless and sometimes necessary. They will argue all the pros of lying and dispute the cons so that they can convince others that their perspective is the correct one.
- This slide is for the support of the good guys! This is going to detail the different issues that arise when lying is done, and why it is an unnecessary evil. It will detail the after effects, and the disrespectfulness that it shows to the person that is being lied to.
- This is going to be the part of the video essay where I provide the evidence that I believe is necessary to convince people that lying proves no actual purpose in this world. I will explain to those that have the opposing viewpoint that lying needs to stop and that honesty is the best policy no matter how hard the truth is for people to live with.
