- One time it showed the character Scout showing her one of her first steps was when Jem invited Walter to go eat with them. When Walter go t his food he asked for syrup and put it all over his food make Scout angry and told him of. Calpurnia later came to her and took her to the kitchen which she told her that no matter who they are when they are in your house they are your company. Theses words made Scout think and realize what she said which later helped her on in the story .
- Jem, Scout, and Dill all had rumors about Boo and would always think about him as a monster and a bad guy cause he would never go outside and lived in a creepy house. Won day all three went at night to see boo but got in trouble and ran . When Scout told Atticus about boo's she remembered about the quote he told her about " you never understand a person unless you consider things from there point of view which she really thought about and was the most help full thing through out the book.
- In the court Tom Roberson was accused of raping Miss Ewell many things happen in both sides while Jem, Scout, and Dill and all-the other people were all watching. As if in Atticus side it looks like they had the most proven evidence and it looked like they were going to but but as the court when on a lot of people were on Miss Ewells side and were agring with her even tho Atticus was proving more stuff. Time went on and at the then of the court Miss Ewell ended up wining with seemed so unfair with Scout was shocked. She later learned the her town was racist and unfair. She thought her world was the best ever but she was wrong. She later understood and started growing as a person.
