- Another one of my Goals for the New Year is to study more for tests. I want to do this because if you study more for tests the more ready you are. Also studying is good to learn before taking the test so you can make mistakes before you take it. Studying for tests also helps you get better grades. And it also shows your teachers that you listened to them and studied for their tests. That is why I want to study more for my tests.

- I picked this goal because sometimes I don’t try as hard as I should in school. I want to participate more, and work harder to complete all my assignments. And to work hard on all of my tests. I want to make sure that no matter what score I get I know I tried my hardest. That is why I picked this goal.
- Talk to my Friends More

- I picked this goal because in school you need to focus on learning. It is good to get a great grade on your test but you also need to make sure you learned something. I want to focus on learning more in school. Also the more you learn in school the more you will understand it and get a good grade on tests. Learning is why we come to school so I want to focus on learning this school year.
- Spend more time with Family
- I picked this because I am very shy, especially in school. I don’t always participate even if I know I have the right answer. I get very afraid that I will get it wrong or the teacher will get mad. Even though that is not going to happen, if I got the answer wrong they will help me.
- Sometimes I can be shy and not talk to a lot of people. So this year I want to make a lot of friends and spend a lot of time with them. I would like to call them more, play with them, and make sure I spend time with everyone. Also I want to make sure I don’t forget to call someone or be shy. That is why I want to talk to my friends more.
- A lot of times I am never with my whole family. When my father was a police officer I used to never see him. Now that he is retired I am able to see him more and spend more time with him. I would love to spend more time with my whole family so we can get to have fun together. That’s why I would love to see them and spend more time with them.
