- Since no specific beneficiaries have been identified. The department has not been approached by nor approached any potential beneficiaries, so it seems that an open call for proposal method must be followed.

- So as I understand, those minimum obligations are already included in the vetted template? Where would I find a copy of the template?

- Have a look at page 172 of the Process Guide booklet, it will guide you in terms of the process of evaluation of the draft agreement and the documents that has to accompany the submission of the draft agreement. Remember to ensure that the draft agreement is included on a letterhead and submitted to Legal Services prior to finalising the agreement with the beneficiary.
