- The Europeans arrived at the Native Indians territory. They wanted the Native Indians to clear out so they have more land to produce cotton but the Native Indians refused.

- Hello! We are the Europeans. We are here today to take your land. So you guys better clear out or there WILL be consenquences

- The settlers soon forced all the Native Indian tribes to move out of there land. Some of the Native Indians wanted to fight for there land but others knew even if they did fight they wont be able to win against there gun power. so they went to court.
- Every day when the day comes to a end. The Native Indians have to sleep in the snow without a campfire. Sometimes they were allowed to sleep in wagons. Alot of people died from deceases and starvation.

- Did you know? That the walls of these teepees came from buffalo hide. Since buffalo was also there main food source the buffalos almost went extinct!
- Soon the native Indians and the settlers went to court over the land. The native indians won the case but Andrew Jackson ignored it anyway and continued to force the Native Indians out of there land
- Meanwhile the settlers were busy cutting down trees for there cotton farms. Damaging the environment, large amounts of animals habitat and Also destroying everything The Native Indians worked so hard on

- I hereby declare that the Native Indians is allowed to stay on there land. Not allowed to be forced out!

- The Native Indians soon was forced to walk from the Southeast region of the US to the West of the Mississippi river. Even though they won the court case. They still forced to travel by foot the whole journey which was a 5000 mile journey. That's when The trail of tears started.
