- The Indus Valley is located in modern day Pakistan! In the valley, there is the 'Indus River'. Near the Indus River, there is a civilization called the Indus Valley Civilization, which is what I will be talking about today! The Indus Valley Civilization existed around nearly 5,000 years ago! From the information we have so far, this civilization lasted for around 800 years!
- Hello! Welcome to the Indus Valley.:)
- This is our town! Our roofs are flat because it gets really hot here. sometimes we even sleep on our roof tops! It's a very nice place to cool off!
- These are our bathrooms, we have functioning sewer systems, which was very unique for our time! There were clay pipes that flushed dirty water from our bathrooms!
- This is Great Bath. The Great Bath is part of our religion. This religious tradition has carried on with modern day indian tradition!
- These are seals, scientists think they were used for tags on items we traded, as a mark that the indus valley civilization traded it.
- This is where we trade, we trade things like, materials, toys, tools and probably lots more!
