Person v. Self
This conflict is Person v. Nature because Lyddie and her family are having a conflict with a bear. The bear enters their cabin and destroys everything and makes a huge mess. A bear is an animal and animals are part of nature.
This conflict is Person v. Person because Lyddie is having an argument with the mistress and Lyddie ends up getting fired. The mistress is also a person, so the conflict would be person v. person.
This conflict is Person v. Self because Lyddie has to make a tough decision with herself about whether she should beg for pardon and keep working at the tavern or if she should leave and walk to Massachusetts to become a factory girl.
