- Because of how Ender's transferring made him feel, he had no interest in going to the game room or the mess hall. Instead he went to the bank of public desks where he signed onto his own personal game.
- While Ender is playing the game the screen goes black and a message pops up on the screen.
- The message that popped up on the screen reads REPORT TO COMMAND IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE LATE. GREEN GREEN BROWN.
- You will not weaken us. I am going to trade you as soon as possible!
- As Ender Walks into the salamander army barracks a couple of the older boys give him looks, however they end up continuing their original conversation.
- Bonzo asks Ender questions to ascertain how useful he will be in battle.
- Bonzo tells Ender that he is not going to be useful and he will not let him weaken salamander army. Bonzo also informs Ender that he is going to try and trade Ender as soon as possible.
