- There is a house in New Orleans, They call Zebras House, and its been the ruin of many a poor boy, and god he knows he's one. He really loved to run, But one day that ended, he got by a car running down the hill.
- And he broke, his arm and leg. He wore a cast for a while, his arm would hurt in burst. He wore a brace for a while. In the end he was depressed, because he couldn't, run
- One day in English class. When Zebra was reading his poem,. The girl that sat next to him said, "Why are you, always, gloomy."
- He met a man, named John Wilson, who was an artist who was in the Vietnam War. All he wanted to do, was to have an art program, for the kids during summer, down in New Orleans.
- Zebra joined the art class, and the same girl from English was there. Zebra's hand was getting better, because he started doing more activities with his hands.
