Testo Storyboard

  • Grandfather bought Toto from a tonga-driver for the sum of five rupees.
  • Grandfather keeps Toto a secret from Grandmother, beacuse she already had a private zoo to look after. Meanwhile, Toto goes on causing trouble around the household.
  • I think it would be better if we keep him a secret. Your grandmother will be angry if she comes to know about Toto. We shall tell her about him when she is in a good mood.
  • Woah! What a mischievous monkey!
  • I would like to add this little fellow to my private zoo.
  • Grandfather takes Toto to the nearby town to collect his pension as the monkey still remained a secret from grandmother. The ticket-collector misunderstands the monkey as a dog and charges him extra.
  • Toto is not a dog! He is a monkey.
  • Sir, you have a dog with you. You’ll have to pay for it.
  • Once Toto is accepted into the household, he learns to bathe himself. One day, he assumes that the kettle in the kitchen was meant for his bath and jumps in.
  • Oh My God Toto! What are you doing?
  • That water is not for your bath, you silly monkey. It’s for the tea. TOTO! You will boil yourself.
  • Toto goes on creating a mess at home.
  • Oh no!
  • Ahh!!
  • Granfather decides to return Toto as he could not afford the constant loss of items at home, nor maintain him.
  • Grandfather decided that it was time to tell grandmother about Toto.
  • Fine, I will take him back for only 3 three rupees.
  • Sorry. I would like to return Toto. He is a very troublesome monkey.
  • Toto give back our food! First, you scratch our walls. Then, you scare away our animals and won’t let them sleep at night. Now, you want to steal our food?
  • Ahh!!
