- This is Sanger Rainsford of New York. While on a yacht trip to another land, Rainsford lost his balance and hurled overboard the ship. He tumbled into roaring waters below and eventually scrambled to the shore of an island. However, this island was not just any island, it was Death-Trap island, an island all sailors dreaded coming accross due to very unsettling rumors and basic uncomfortableness.
- In search of food, rest, and clothing, Rainsford ventured upon the island and found an extravagant house owned by General Zaroff. While at the dinner table, Zaroff entertained Rainsford with stories of his hunting. Claiming he got bored of hunting the same animals, Zaroff wanted to make things interesting again and hunt a new type of animal. What Rainsford was unaware of was that he would be the new type of animal.
- With his life on the line, Rainsford did everything he could to survive in the mysictal forect of the island for three consecutive days. Only being supplied with a food sack, a rechet hunting knife, and a pair of moccasins, Rainsford had to dig survival information out of his brain in order to trick Zaroff. He was doing well so far. However, things got tricky when Zaroff started bringing his hunting dogs out into the forest.
