In the case of Justine and Nicah they solved their conflict by letting the other one give her own idea by doing this they set aside their personal problem and be professional in making their activity. In every conflict one way to solve it is by communicating through this we know what are the feelings or insights of others and to avoid misunderstanding and conflicts.
