- Demeter loved to spend time with her daughter talking, laughing, and watching her grow. Persephone was out with Artemis and Athena picking flowers but what she didn't know is that Hades was spying on her. He realized how beautiful she was and wanted her as his wife.
- I miss my mom
- Hades showed up on his black horse with inky-black steam. Persephone froze in shock, Hades grabbed Persephone and took her back through the opening of split rocks, as Persephone was screaming for help.
- When Demeter realized that her daughter was missing she asked so many people to help her find Persephone. She finally found Helios who is the God of Sun, he told Demeter everything that he saw happen to Persephone.
- Everyday Persephone would let herself be led around the kingdom by Hades. Everyday Persephone thought about how much she missed her mother.
- Hades had a pomegranate in his hand and asked When Hermes arrived he saw Persephone and Hades sitting together on a couch and he was holding a pomegranate trying to get her to eat it. Deliberately she swallowed six seeds. Hermes thought he was too late.
- Hades was willing to let Persephone go with her mother for six months then the other six months she had to be with Hades. So every spring Demeter makes sure that flowers are bloomed on the mountains and meadows. Then every Autumn Demeter would cry when all the leaves and crops would fall as her daughter goes back to the underworld.
