- The earliest memory I have was when I was just a little pool of lava, destined to become something great. However, it would take another year of sitting down here before finally being spurted up.
- After a while, my lava is cooled down to become an extrusive igneous rock! I wonder what I will become next...
- Later, I am weathered down to become a smaller rock, soon to be a sediment.
- After some movement (deposition) I am at the bottom of the lake. You see me? Probably not, but I am down here, just vibing. As a sediment, the next step in the rock cycle is becoming a sedimentary rock!
- After being cemented, I have become what is known as a sedimentary rock. Compaction is when the sediments get pushed together, forming me!
